Discount Card Fundraiser

Fundraising can be a difficult task, but it doesn’t have to be.  Hotfax Services can take the hassle out of your fundraising efforts and offer you the ease of mind of knowing that income is coming soon.  Through our discount card fundraising program you will begin to see the results immediately.  We offer you two options to choose from and these options are detailed below.  Also you will have the option of choosing a customized card or our generic design.

Here’s How It Works:

Option 1

Step One: We send you a service agreement stating that you will be participating in the Discount Card Fundraising Program. You then sign it and return the form back to us via fax.

Step Two: We send you order forms and your children begin to take orders for your cards.

Step Three: Once ordering is completed you send us the total number of cards needed along with payment and we begin with your artwork. We then send you a proof.

Step Four: After your artwork is approved we start the printing process and the cards are delivered or mailed to you.

Option 2 (Pre-Pay option)

Step One: We send you a service agreement stating that you will be participating in the Discount Card Fundraising Program. You then sign it and return the form back to us via fax.

Step Two: We send you an order form or take your order over the phone and fax you over an invoice which you will sign and send back to us.

Step Three: You send payment for the cards and we begin with your artwork and send you the order form for your children.  Once your artwork is completed we send you a proof to be approved.

Step Four: Once your proof is approved we begin the printing process.
